Acoustics of Masjid Raya Sheikh Zayed

Insgreeb collaborated on the construction of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, serving as a consultant for room acoustics and sound systems. This project presented several design challenges, including:

• Environmental noise impact
• Reverberation time and room reflections
• Speech intelligibility (Speech Transmission Index/STI), clarity (Speech Clarity/C50, and Music Clarity/C80)
