The use of Water on campus is an important indicator in the GreenMetric UI. Water management involves efforts to reduce water usage, enhance conservation programs, and protect the communities. The criteria assessed in this indicator are the implementation of the water conservation program, the implementation of the water recycling program, the use of water efficient appliances, and the piped water consumed. Universitas Gadjah Mada gains high points enough in this indicator, which is 725 or equivalent to 72.50%. This value makes UGM ranked 4th Nationally for Water indicator.
