Assistance in Building Gelanggang Inovasi & Kreativitas (GIK) UGM

To enhance student services and creativity, Universitas Gadjah Mada is constructing the Gelanggang Inovasi dan Kreativitas (GIK). This project has been ongoing since 2021. Insgreeb, as part of the Green Building Team, collaborates with the architectural and construction teams to ensure sustainability and oversee building certification. Key criteria requiring simulation in this project include:

• Calculating OTTV values (based on thermal dynamics) to ensure GIK meets Green Building standards (BGH PUPR criteria).
• Analyzing natural ventilation potential using external and internal CFD.
• Assessing daylight potential to determine appropriate lighting in each room according to SNI 6197:2020.
• Conducting acoustic studies, both passive and active, based on parameters such as reverberation time, speech intelligibility, clarity, and SPL.
